Action Bronson

Arian Asllani aka Action Bronson is a NY rapper, chef, fine artist, and tv personality with a passion for culture and all things food. To effectively convey his larger–than–life personality, I created a 8' X 3.5' infographic timeline poster that linearly organizes all of Action Bronson's discography from his first mixtape to his latest album. To create a linear timeline of his discography, I connected lyrics that mentioned a specific food or entree, from each of his albums. Then connected that specific dish to the location and episode, in which he at that entrée on his tv show, Fuck That's Delicious.

Brush Lettering

Each entree title and the poster name were drawn using a intentionally damaged brush, which created a more gritty texture that matches the llustration style .  

The illustrations that tattoo the poster from top to bottom came from Action's song lyrics, his tattoos, album artwork, his multiple tv shows, his fine art, and his music videos. They tell a story of his two primary passions, food and music. The raw and gritty style of the illustrations mirrors Action's gritty, street, NY style that's filled with imagery and some of the most esoteric and creative references.
