The American West and ranch-cowboy lifestyle is far from glamorous, and often requiring the entire family to sustain it. This theme resonates deeply with the Dutton Family, who face constant threats to protect their legacy and their land. During my two-plus years at Paramount, I dedicated significant time to creating moodboards, providing feedback to vendors, recruiting vendors, and developing artwork for this incredible IP. Throughout this process, I maintained a consistent visual language that reflected the industrious, gritty ethos of ranching life and cowboy culture. I explored a variety of analog techniques to create realistic textures and manipulated typography, incorporating hand lettering and innovative photography manipulation processes.
